1. What do I need to have my land surveyed?
     A copy of the legal description of the land to be surveyed.

2. What is a legal description?
     A legal description specifically describes your tract of land.

3. Where would I find a legal description?
     You would find a legal description on a warranty deed, or an abstract.

4. What if I do not have a copy of the legal description?
    

The County Clerk's office in your County will carry copies of land records. (deeds, easements, mortgages etc.) And is public record.

5. Can I use a tax reciept?
    

No, tax reciepts often have inconsistencies and are not accurate, therefore making it hard to give an accurate estimate.

6. Can I fax or email a copy of my legal description for an estimate?
     Absolutley!  Fax or email a copy of your legal description with a short description of what you are needing. ( boundary survey, Topographic etc.) and your contact information. And we will be glad to give you an estimate at no charge.
